🚚 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
During sales or high demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

🇮🇳 Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

⏱ Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Other locations: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or holidays.

💰 Shipping Charges

Free shipping on orders above ₹1200
Orders below ₹1200: Standard shipping charge applies (calculated at checkout)

Shipping charges will be shown at checkout before payment.

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across most locations in India.
Loomzy Trends reserves the right to confirm COD orders via call/WhatsApp before dispatch.
COD may not be available in some remote areas.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
You can track your order in real time using that link.

❌ Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct.
Loomzy Trends is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect details provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to wrong address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
